You can set up an email account through GoDaddy (or whoever your domain is hosted with). Your domain registrar will likely have multiple email plans you can go with. The best way is to contact them and have them help you figure out which email plan you'd like. If you are confident with being able to work through setting it up and purchasing it online, just log in to where you purchased the domain and look for a place to purchase email (will of course vary by domain registrar).
Another great option is using Gmail for business (see https://gsuite.google.com/products/gmail/). It does cost a small fee per month (I believe plans start at $5/month). You would sign up and then follow the instructions to get it set up.
